Return Policy:

Return product(s) will only be accepted for defective or damaged, and obtain authorization by us before returning. We will either repair or replace your returned product(s) at our discretion. For any exchange, we need the receipt or a record of the purchase in our system, and the product must be in its original condition, including the box, packaging, & accessories. Full warranty is included (parts & services). In the event that the goods is not repairable, we will either given 1 to 1 exchange or a full refund, provided it is fulfill by the warranty terms. Shipping & handling fees are NOT REFUNDABLE.

We guarantee all products purchased from us are brand new and with full months warranty (parts & service) against defects in quality. All purchases have been ensured for its best quality before the shipping including the appearance of the goods, the function of the hardware and software, the packaging, and the inclusion of accessories.

If you purchased any items which appear to have a problem, please contact us. Our customer service would assist you if there is a problem with your unit. If we cannot resolve the issue by e-mail we will provide you detailed instructions on how to return the item back to us. Please take note that customer will have to bear the shipping cost in such case. We will not cover the shipping fees to send the repaired or replacement item back to the customer. Shipping fees are not refundable.
