Warranty

EyeRelax is covered by one-year warranty. This warranty includes one-year repair or replacement service on product from date of purchase. Note: warranty apply to the device only, accessories including headphone and power adapter are excluded.

In order to receive repair or replacement one-year warranty, we ask that you do the following:

  1. Email one of our customer service technicians and explain the problem you are encountering with the product. The technician will then prompt you to the next step based on your individual case.
  2. If you are asked to send your item back to us, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping.
  3. Please make sure to enclose the following information with your product:
  • Return Address (no PO Boxes)
  • Telephone Number
  • Written Description of the Problem
  • Copy of your Proof of Purchase<
  1. Warranty void if items found to be abused or previously repaired by someone other than us. We apologize, but we only insure our own workmanship.

Note: EyeRelax is a Singapore product, therefore the power adapter may not fit to use in some European countries. However, the product can still use battery to operate, or alternatively, similar power adapter can easily be purchased from other source.
