Each good or service purchased is sold subject to additional specific terms and conditions related to that good or service including, without limitation, terms and conditions concerning estimated delivery times and any warranties. Each good has the benefit of a manufacturer's warranty, details of which will be contained in the box in which the goods are packaged.
After you have successfully placed an order with us, you will receive an acknowledgement by e-mail of the order you have placed and a receipt which we advise you to print off and save for your records.

All credit / debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. We do not bear any responsible or liable to the violations of use of the credit/ debit card. you should contact your card issuer should you have any issue regards the payment.
Shipping, Handling, Packaging & Insurance Fees
Shipping & handling has to be paid by customer, unless Free Shipping promotion is applicable to the specific product(s). Customer may request to purchase insurance for the product(s) against lost or damage during the delivery, however, it is subject to approval and cost incurred has to be paid by customer.
We will ship the item directly to your address anywhere in the world (whichever reachable via courier services) via international courier e.g. FEDEX, UPS,
If for whatever reasons we are unable to fulfill the agreement to supply you with your goods within 60 days we will offer a refund on your paypal/ debit card / credit card or suggest an alternative good.
Subject to any rights granted to you under applicable consumer law, we accept no liability for any failure to ship products where this results from our inability to do so or our decision on reasonable grounds not to do so, provided that we take all reasonable steps to notify you within 14 days of placing the order that the goods will not be shipped as ordered. In such cases we will immediately refund any payment made, in full. It is your responsibility to ensure that you order from us with sufficient lead-time to prevent any loss or disappointment resulting from such non-shipment.
* Under some circumstances, product has to be sent out through local shipping company, which the online tracking number may not available. However, the shipment can always be traced through phone.
